Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging in order to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package if your return is approved. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and then buy the new item separately after the return is approved.
Damages and issues
For us to identify the problem and properly resolve it, please inspect your order when it arrives and get in touch with us right away if the item is broken, flawed, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know if the refund has been authorized. Within five business days, you will receive an automatic refund using the original payment method if your request is accepted.
