Return and Refund Policy

At Riri Baby Shop, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What type of products accept returns?
Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging in order to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Get in touch with us at sales@riribabyshop.co.ke to begin a return. Kindly be advised that returns must be sent to the following address: Kenya House Complex, Koinange Street, Nairobi, Nairobi County 06200.

We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package if your return is approved. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and then buy the new item separately after the return is approved.

Damages and issues
For us to identify the problem and properly resolve it, please inspect your order when it arrives and get in touch with us right away if the item is broken, flawed, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know if the refund has been authorized. Within five business days, you will receive an automatic refund using the original payment method if your request is accepted.

The processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may also take some time.
